Abstract

Cybercrime has become an increasingly growing threat in the digital age, with criminal activities exploiting vulnerabilities in technology and posing significant challenges to legal frameworks worldwide. This dissertation delves into historic cyber crime cases, analyzing both the technical intricacies of the attacks and the legal responses that ensued. By examining a range of cases spanning the evolution of cyber threats, this research aims to extract valuable lessons for both the technical and legal domains. The synthesis of technical and legal perspectives provides a holistic understanding of the challenges posed by cybercrime and the measures required to combat it effectively.
