Abstract

Communication is an important skill for every modern learner to master. Advances in digital media, changing career landscapes, and greater competition in colleges and workplaces make improving learners’ communication skills a must. When it comes to acquiring indispensable communication skills, there’s no time like the present. The good news is companies can make small changes to significantly improve communication and the flow of information.
